Shipping & Handling Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on merchandise availability and time order was placed.
Please note delivery always depends on end location and the shipping method requested upon check out.
All duty and shipping fees are customers responsibility.
Shipments are based on shipping company's cut off time during business days (including express shipping). Unfortunately, it's out of our hands to process any orders during weekends or holidays.
Cancellation must be submitted within a 24 hour period of order being placed. You may contact us by sending us a message through "Message System". All cancellations must be approved before order completion. We reserve the right to a 15% charge-back. Orders cancelled will be reflected in customers "Order Status" once it has been and approved.
Only factory defective merchandise is qualified for a refund or store credit.
Store Credit will be given to approved returns made within the specified time period.
Orders will need to submit RMA within 7 days after order was received.
Credit will be denied 100% to returned orders we believe have any signs of wear.
All sales are NOT subject to a refund. In most cases, only merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable (including, but not limited to all refused and unaccepted, or undelivered packages).
15% restocking charge on all returned goods for credit after 7 days.
No exchanges and no returns on all CLEARANCE/PROMO items.
No credit will be issued for duty and freight charges associated with any order placed.
