we are fully operating, open mon-friday 9am-6pm shipping every day. however, process time is 1-3 business days. Stella Shoes is a women`s footwear wholesale distributor. We offer a wide variety of unique and fashion forward - trendy shoes. All of our shoes come in a pre-pack and cannot be changed or sold in portion of. If you require a SPECIFIC SIZE run i.e. (A-run 5.5/5-10, B-run 6-10, C-run 7-10/11) PLEASE INDICATE YOUR NEEDS ON THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE ORDER!! If a size pack is not specified either A or B pack will ship depending on availability. Breakdowns vary by manufacturer, breakdowns are subject to change. Orders can ship within 1-2 business days based on order date. If you need to cancel an order, it must be done via phone with a confirmation provided by a representative. All orders cancelled after one business day can subject to a 20% restocking fee. Stella Shoes does not honor email, voice mail or Orange Shine messages as a method of cancellation. Orders must be cancelled the same business day (with in 24 hours of the ordered hour) For weekend orders customers` must call on the following business day at no later than 10 a.m PST. to confirm the cancellation. Please contact Stella Shoes with any questions or concerns, (SPECIFIC SIZE OR COLOR QUESTION, OR INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY.) Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE, please note shipping is via UPS, and it usually 30-40 dollars for sandals with no heels, and can cost up to 70-80 dollars for boots or wedges and depending on your location. Shipping charges is separate from the shoe price and will be charged on your card automatically (on a separate transaction) before we ship the item. If you have a large order(more than 5 boxes), and are with in the contiguous 50 states (except hawaii and Puerto rico) we can arrange for a trucking company on your behalf to process a cheaper shipping method.
