What you’ll do:
Develop, implement and evolve a cutting-edge content marketing strategy
Create innovative, high-quality marketing campaigns to reach new audiences
Continually synthesize data and evaluate strategy to align with consumers, and recommend strategic opportunities for future growth
Identify, hire and manage external strategic partners, agencies and vendors where needed, to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives
Establish best-in-class infrastructure and develop standards & processes for all aspects of content marketing
Identify opportunities, and lead the team in research projects that help uncover consumer behavior and other insights that can help grow the business and increase market share
Research B2B fashion industry sales & marketing goals, and collaborate with COO to create and manage OrangeShine’s specific targets
Drive audience growth through high quality engaging content marketing, and respond to new opportunities with speed, sophistication and optimal coordination
Build and own a marketing dashboard with metrics to monitor such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, LTV, CAC, social media engagement etc.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in sales, marketing or a relevant field. Master’s a strong preference
5+ years of experience in an increasingly senior marketing and/or e-commerce role
5+ years of experience leading a Sales & Marketing team
Breadth of experience across a broad range of marketing activities: online marketing, public relations, social media marketing, digital advertising, rewards and loyalty programs, events planning etc.
Proficient in various Google Suite products, Slack and MS Office
CRM System experience, such as Monday.com, Zoho, etc.
Proven track record of building strong brands and storytelling to drive business results
Strong marketing strategist with the ability to translate ideas to successful implementation plans
Strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills
Strong creative instincts and sense for eye-catching design elements
Nice to have:
Currently managing a marketplace or an e-commerce P&L
Fashion, Wholesale, Manufacturing, and/or Retail experience
Proven ability to work in a complicated and fast-paced business environment
Interest in assuming a prominent role in an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented company
A quick study and self-starter who can drive results, problem solve, and be solutions-oriented
