Preorder drop rate is the percentage of items drop from pre-order transaction in the past 120 days. The count of dropped items includes sold out and not available items.
Preorder Processing Time
Pre-order processing time is the number of days passed from the marked available date until the pre-ordered items turned to an invoice in the past 120 days. The rating does not incorporate the items that are not processed to an invoice.

Wholesale Product Return and Refund Policy Charming Shoes values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a Charming Shoes product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Product returns may be returned within 14 days, you can return the goods without affecting the second sale and packaging. Given that it is in unused, like-new condition. ALL THE RETURN SHIPPING FEES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUYER TO PAY FOR.
2. Return the goods to the warehouse address specified by the wholesaler, Charming Shoes.
3. Handing fee $15 for each item return.
4. Charming shoes will refund the credit to the store within three days if the goods are inspected without any problems.
To return a product, call our Customer Service. Be sure to have your order number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, accessories, etc.) Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Shipping returned products must be shipped to our Distribution Center at our warehouse.
