-Return Policy
We're always more than happy to accept returns and exchanges on most products. However, for health reasons, there are some items we do not accept returns or exchanges for. These items include panties, lingerie, and any hosiery that isn't crotchless. Shapewear cannot be returned, but CAN be exchanged for a different size (if in original condition) no more than 10 days of delivery date.
OTHER ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF DAMAGED OR DEFECTED.
*Return Labels are subject to a $10 fee MINIMUM. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fess for returns, no matter cost.
-Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
-Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us in Orangeshine, please contact us by phone or by sending a message. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
