Avg. Shipping Time
The average shipping time from when an order is placed to when an order is shipped out. The calculation is based on the past 45 days transactions, considering working business days only.
Sold Out Rate
Sold out rate is the percentage of sold-out items from the orders placed in the past 90 days. This includes any cancellation made by the buyer, which may not be the brand’s intention.
BO Rate
BO is an abbreviation for back-order. BO rate is the percentage of back-ordered items from the orders placed in the past 90 days.
Preorder Drop Rate
Preorder drop rate is the percentage of items drop from pre-order transaction in the past 120 days. The count of dropped items includes sold out and not available items.
Preorder Processing Time
Pre-order processing time is the number of days passed from the marked available date until the pre-ordered items turned to an invoice in the past 120 days. The rating does not incorporate the items that are not processed to an invoice.

1. Sales are not subjected to a refund. In the case of a defected product, store credit may be issued upon inquiry of the manufacturer.
2. All damages or defected products have to be reported to the manufacturer first. Thereof the manufacturer will evaluate the legitimacy of damaged product before rendering any credit or assuming liability of the defected item. In the case of the manufacturer denying the legitimacy of the claim, no store credit will be issued.
3. All approved returns will be inspected one more time by the manufacturer once the merchandise has been received before issuing any store credit.
4. All approved returns have to be shipped within 7 days upon approval. Failure in doing will be penalized by a 10% upon the value of the merchandise returned.
5. All order cancelations have to be reported to the manufacturer first; thereof the manufacturer will inquire the situation and render a decision of approval or denial of the customer’s request. No order will be subject of cancelation if once shipped.
6. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange – shipping will be at customer’s expense.
7. No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
8. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
9. Shipping and handling are non-refundable unless authorized by the manufacturer first.
