Upon not being able to find a store’s information in our current account list, we may reach out to you requesting more information to research your store. Our approval process ensures that new Judith March retailers currently carry brands that are comparable to our style, price, and brand aesthetic. Judith March reserves the right to approve or deny any potential customer that does not fit the current criteria that we have in place to become a new retailer.**

ORDERS WILL GENERALLY BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT AND DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY OF GOODS. A SINGLE ORDER MAY NOT BE SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES.

3. A RESTOCKING FEE/PENALTY OF 20% WILL BE CHARGED FOR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS OR REFUSED/UNACCEPTED PACKAGES.
4. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
5. A FEE IS CHARGED FOR RETURNED CHECKS.
