[RETURN POLICY]
In general, all sales are considered final.
All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within seven (7) days after receipt of goods. Any return request made thereafter will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
No return request can be accepted if a request is submitted after 14 days of receiving the goods.
20% restocking fee of the value of the goods will be charged on non-defective returns.
Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15%-25% restocking fee (restocking fee may change depending on the condition).
If the return goods are not in the original condition (i.e. any of care label, label, or/and hangtag missing), refund/store credit cannot be issued.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the goods to our facility for exchange.
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included (care labels, hangtags, labels).
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
[CANCELLATION POLICY]
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request must be approved before any order can be canceled.
An order cancellation can be done only when the order has not been shipped.
To avoid a restocking, a cancellation request must be made within 24hrs of submitting the order.
All orders canceled thereafter may incur a 20% restocking fee.
[SHIPPING POLICY]
UPS fine, which is subject to change without notice will incur if the shipping address is incorrect. Please make sure your address is correct.
(missing suite number, incorrect zip code, different city name, and spelling mistakes will result in address correction)
Please note, this fine is not determined by us, but by UPS.
We do not have any control over this matter.
We do not ship internationally. However, if a prepaid shipping label or UPS business account number is provided, orders can be shipped internationally.
