Avg. Shipping Time
The average shipping time from when an order is placed to when an order is shipped out. The calculation is based on the past 45 days transactions, considering working business days only.
Sold Out Rate
Sold out rate is the percentage of sold-out items from the orders placed in the past 90 days. This includes any cancellation made by the buyer, which may not be the brand’s intention.
BO Rate
BO is an abbreviation for back-order. BO rate is the percentage of back-ordered items from the orders placed in the past 90 days.
Preorder Drop Rate
Preorder drop rate is the percentage of items drop from pre-order transaction in the past 120 days. The count of dropped items includes sold out and not available items.
Preorder Processing Time
Pre-order processing time is the number of days passed from the marked available date until the pre-ordered items turned to an invoice in the past 120 days. The rating does not incorporate the items that are not processed to an invoice.

MONO B Clothing only issues full refund for manufacturer defect and shipment of wrong item/quantity. Mono B only offers store credit (not refund) for returns due to dissatisfaction with our product.
Returns for private label merchandise is case-by-case only.
Claim must be made within 7 days upon delivery date. All claims must be accompanied by a completed RMA form and, where applicable, clear images showing damages or incorrect shipment. Send the completed RMA form and images on Orangeshine.
The customer is required to send the original merchandise to Mono B’s warehouse before Mono B sends out the replacement/exchange, or before a refund is issued, or before any credit is applied to the customer’s account (this credit can be used towards future purchase of Mono B’s products).
If, due to time constraint, Mono B has to send the replacement merchandise to the customer before the customer sends the original merchandise back and the customer fails to send back the original merchandise within 5 (five) business days after Mono B sends the replacement, the customer will be charged for the replacement item and shipping fee (if applicable).
For reasons other than defect or incorrect shipment, a restocking fee of 15%-25% will be applied based on how the items are received. Restocking fee may be waived if the items are returned in their original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return reason is not defect or incorrect shipment.
For replacement due to item defect, incorrect shipment, and missing item, Mono B will be responsible for replacement/exchange shipping costs to the customer, through ground shipping only. If the customer wishes for a faster shipping option, the customer will be responsible for the faster shipping costs.
