All requests for returns and/or exchanges must be made to Orangeshine within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only for the item amount. Any items notified after the 3 days will not be eligible for a return. No exceptions will be made to this 3 day policy. All items returned for any reason must have original packaging with full pack quantity of items. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Merchandise returned with missing original packaging or those returned after 3 days will have a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will be sent back. We can provide return shipping label for any merchandise received incorrectly. All other returns will have to be done with customer’s own shipping label. We cannot be held responsible for tracking those items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). All clearance items are final sale.
For any damages, written notification must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Items damaged must not be worn or washed. After the 3 days, Reborn J. can no longer be held responsible. This 3 day policy is firm and no exceptions will be made. For damage returns, items must be in original packaging with full pack quantity of items. If you received any incorrect or damaged items, please send photo of the item showing the damaged area, photo of the care label that has item number on it, along with your business name and order number to Orangeshine. Once we get notified by Orangeshine, we can get back to you in 2-3 business days.
