OrangeShine's vendors have individual policies for merchandise returns located on their vendor page. Buyers can request returns for damaged items, incorrect items or missing items. Some vendors may accept returns if the product is damaged or defective, while others only offer exchanges for items sent incorrectly. Buyers have15 days from the ship out date to request a return and have to wait for approval by the vendor. If approved by the vendor (which is not guaranteed), shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise returned or exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging when received; otherwise, the request will not be authorized.

Verification

As a safeguard against potential fraudulent activity, OrangeShine does not allow buyers to ship orders to states different from the billing address, nor do we ship to P.O. boxes.

Timing

Shipping times for orders will vary by vendor. However, buyers can view average shipping times from vendors' main page or by hovering over "Reviews" on the product detail page. The estimated shipping time is based on the vendors' previous ship-out times. Once an order is placed, the buyer will see the "Estimated Ship Out Date" on the "Order Invoice" page.

Vendor Fulfilment

The fulfillment of all orders is the responsibility of the individual vendors. Your final shipping cost will be added to your order when it's ready to ship. Some vendors do not offer to ship internationally; those who do may charge higher shipping rates as indicated in each vendor's policies.

Shipping cost is finalized based on package weight, dimension, destination, and shipping method, varying by brand. The final invoice amount includes the final shipping fee along with the order amount.

Out-of-Stock and Pre-Orders

If your order contained a mix of in-stock, sold-out, back- order, or pre-order items, the in-stock items might ship immediately. All back-order and pre-order items will ship separately once available; the sold-out items will cancel.

Vendor Self-Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders. Shipping costs will be either flat-rate or free using OrangeShine (or Sharove)'s shipping label, with a 6% increase on the wholesale price. Please note that some vendors, such as those selling shoes, bags, or international vendors, may not currently provide flat-rate or free shipping.

Payment

The final invoice amount that includes the shipping fee will charge your credit card when the vendor is ready to ship your order. If your card declines at this time, you may open the invoice from "My Account" then select "Order Invoices History" to change to a different card. Otherwise, we will try with the same card automatically for three consecutive days. Once the payment is processed, your order will ship out via the shipping method you've selected. You may find the tracking number for your order in "My Account.”

Delivery

We require our vendors to ship orders with insurance or require signature confirmation. All returns are assessed at the vendor's discretion. Returns must be damaged, defective, or received incorrectly based on the vendors' return policy. Please note that the estimated shipping date is not guaranteed. Shipping time frames are just estimates from the date of shipment rather than the date the buyer placed the order. Vendors can delay delivery due to mismatched information, invalid address, and other various causes.
