For Shipping: Ships from China, takes 7-10 business days.Residential fee may apply if it’s not a business address.
For return  and refund:  You can return the items within  7 days after received the merchandise, but only exchange within 14days.
For process time: it usually takes 1-3 days to process the order. If you are rush on the order, please leave a message and let us know.
For clothes: sizes run different from style to style,  please check the size chart before placing your order. No return if there's issue about size while we do have size chart photo upload. 
For lashes orders: please see description before you place the order. 
For lashes package order: if you order more than 1 style package in the same order and have specific requirement that which style lashes goes to which package, please let us know when you place the order, otherwise we will put lashes in our way.
