We receive the products in our fulfillment center, consolidate them, and apply flat-rate or free shipping for shipments.

It is important to note that the flat-rate shipping fee is subject to change based on the business situation, and the available range of order total prices may be adjusted accordingly.
The flat rate shipping applies to UPS (or FedEx) Ground only. This ONLY applies to the 48 contiguous USA states. If the selected shipping method is 3-Day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air, the actual shipping fee will occur at the time the order is ready to ship. A pre-authorization will take place for the amount of the merchandise plus an estimated shipping fee. (60% of the subtotal will be applied for 3-Day Select, 70% for 2nd Day Air, and 80% for Next Day Air) If the selected shipping method is UPS International, the actual shipping fee will occur when the order is ready to ship. 80% of the subtotal will be applied as an estimated shipping fee.
For pre-orders, there is no pre-authorization at the time of order submission. When the item becomes available to process, there will be pre-authorization to the credit card for the processing order amount plus the shipping. The shipping cost will be determined based on the order amount. The same shipping fee rule as the in-stock order applies.
Please note that if your credit card is declined or the pre-authorization is unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you or the issue is not resolved, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
2024 Flat-Rate Cashback Reward Event is exclusively available to buyers making their initial purchase on OrangeShine since they registered as a new buyer.
The primary goal is to provide a free-shipping experience to registered buyers who haven't yet made their initial purchase.
In this promotional event, a flat-rate cashback, equivalent to the few percent of purchase amount and valued as Shine Reward, will be granted exclusively to buyers making their initial purchase.
The cashback will be processed as Shine Reward in their account, and the Shine Reward will be credited once the buyer's order has been successfully completed (voids and order cancellations are not included) on their account.
Not only OS consolidated vendors, but all vendors offering various shipping options will participate in this event.
The flat-rate promotional reward for initial purchasing buyers will expire within one month. Buyers must redeem the points as a store credit and use them before the expiration date.
The initial reward will be calculated based on the flat-rate policy, and it needs to meet the minimum order criteria and range.
The value of the reward may be subject to change at any time, and the event may be closed based on business situations.
